Abstract: | This experimental work defined as biostimulants in four varieties of sunflower (Helianthus annuus), has as main objective to study the agro-productive behavior of sunflower cultivation (Lemon Queen, Gray Stripe, Velvet Queen and Sunspot) with three types of biostimulants (Biol, Acid humic and fulvic acid). The field work was carried out in the canton of El Carmen, with a randomized complete block design (DBCA) within a total area of 350 m2 made up of four treatments and three repetitions with a total of 12 plots and 96 experimental units, each one of them with an area of 6 m2 in which a planting distance of 40 cm between plants and 60 cm between streets was established. In addition, the dependent variable was evaluated, considering the percentage of germination, number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, number and diameter of flowers. In this way, it was determined that the Lemon Queen variety presented better results with the application of biol, obtaining a greater number of leaves with an average value of 13.86; Likewise, it had a higher height with an average of 62.98, surpassing the other treatments. In addition, humic acid showed great performance in plant height; at the same time with fulvic acid, a greater amount of flowers was evidenced (4.09). On the other hand, the Gray Stripe variety obtained greater flower diameter (18.70) and stem diameter (10.14) with the same biol. |
