Abstract: | NSPs, or fully described as non-starch polysaccharides, are carbohydrates that can be found in higher proportions in a few traditional ingredients. The present research work was developed in the Río Suma Experimental Farm of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabí, El Carmen canton of the province of Manabí, the same one that had as general objective To determine the use of the banana peel to obtain non-starch polysaccharides (PNA), in the canton of El Carmen. the methodology used was a sampling where the green banana of 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 weeks was taken according to the age of the crop, the statistical analysis to be used is a DVCA, where the Chi Square statistical test was used, through the statistical package of infoStad 2002. The trial consisted of 6 treatments and 3 repetitions, which treatment 4 was the one who obtained the best treatment in dehydrated fiber with a percentage of 14.79%. What is expected in this research is to apply studies in animal nutrition and that they are considered useful for consumption. |
Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Granja Experimental Río Suma de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, cantón El Carmen de la provincia de Manabí, la misma que tuvo por objetivo general Determinar el aprovechamiento de la cáscara de plátano para la obtención de polisacáridos no almidonados (PNA), en el cantón El Carmen. la metodología utilizada fue un muestreo donde se tomó el plátano verde de 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 semanas según la edad del cultivo, el análisis estadístico a utilizar es un DVCA, donde se utilizó la prueba estadística de Chi Cuadrado, mediante el paquete estadístico de infoStad 2002. El ensayo constó de 6 tratamientos y 3 repeticiones. |
