Propuesta de fortalecimiento administrativo del centro de faenamiento de bovinos y porcinos de El Carmen

Abstract

The purpose of this investigative work was to identify the shortcomings of the municipal slaughterhouse of El Carmen, Manabí, and for which an administrative strengthening proposal was made, the "Manual of procedures for administrative analysis" was used as a tool for data collection and administrative analysis. the inspection and qualification of slaughterhouses”, belonging to the controlling body of slaughterhouses Agrocalidad, being this table where we find the shortcomings in the slaughterhouse in aspects such as; windows, doors and other openings, floors, walls, ceilings, drains and the slaughterhouse staff, which were taken into account for the subsequent analysis and study of these cases where they showed to be aspects that did not comply with the standards and regulations, to then take these studied regulations and be fundamental as some administrative objectives that allowed to come up with a proposal that would allow strengthening the cattle and pig slaughter center of El Carmen.
