Abstract: | The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of 3 types of doses of hydrogen peroxide by feeding them with a diet. For this, pigs were used in the rearing stage fed with an artisanal diet, for which 15 pigs (females and males) with an average initial weight of 18 kg were used. 3 treatments were applied and 5 pigs were distributed per treatment. The treatments correspond to three doses of hydrogen peroxide; low, medium and high dose, the evaluation time was approximately 50 days. The research was carried out with a completely randomized block design (DBCA). The variables under study were: weight gain, feed conversion and percentage of diarrhea. The results obtained were the following: in treatment 1 of 20ml of hydrogen peroxide x 60l of water, a weight gain of 29.11 kg was obtained; in treatment 2 of 40 ml of hydrogen peroxide x 60l, a weight gain of 24.06 was obtained; In treatment 3 of 60ml of hydrogen peroxide x 60l of water, a weight gain of 15.86 kg was obtained. According to the data obtained, we give treatment 3 as the best result. |
