Regeneración urbanística del centro de la comuna bajo del pechiche del cantón Montecristi.

Abstract

The present research work is carried out in the “Bajo del Pechiche” Commune of the Canton Montecristi, having as its main point diagnose the problems that generate degradation of existing public spaces, determining the degree of deficit and deterioration of the spaces publics through qualitative and quantitative analysis to then generate proposals in response to this existing problem as it has developed over the years. The methodology used was applied in the field of action “Ordering Project Territorial, vulnerability and risk management” whose objective includes diagnosing the problems that generate urban spatial degradation in the study sector. It is through the diagnosis that the existing urban problems will be analyzed, through of already established theories, seek solutions through the design and implementation of spaces according to to what is required by the population, with comfortable, flexible and accessible spaces, improving the urban and architectural image in a developing commune. From the analysis of the results obtained, proposals were generated according to the needs. of the commune and the inhabitants with inclusive criteria with accessible spaces located strategically as a point of interaction and social integration, improving the articulation of the commune and above all respecting the existing urban fabric.
