Abstract

The city sector considered in the present research work, “PROPOSAL FOR THE USE AND USE OF THE GROUND IN THE STUDENT AVENUE HUMBERTO GONZALES ALAVA DE CALCETA AND ITS ENVIRONMENT, FROM THE BY PASS TO THE BRIDGE OF THE RIVER MOSCA”, corresponds to settlements that have developed informally, causing long-term urban mobility conflicts, which grew without the necessary provision of urban equipment and infrastructure that meet their needs. The main objective is the diagnosis of the problem in the study area, based on the requirements, to develop an alternative proposal for land use and land use planning together with a new urban plot and thus counteract the problems it presents. The research uses a methodology focused on the application of observation techniques and information collection, which supports the problem by applying surveys to people who live in the sector in addition to observation sheets, to have an objective and subjective approach around the use and land occupation. From the respective analysis of the results of this research, a proposal for the ordering of use and occupation of urban land is born that aims to solve the irregular urban plot of the sector, in addition to recommending architectural urban projects that harmonize the study area while raising awareness to citizens for the improvement of an urban image.
