Urbano-arquitectónica: terminal de transferencia y mercado de abasto para el cantón Flavio Alfaro.

Abstract

This work analyzed the current situation of the main urban node of the canton Flavio Alfaro, known as: Av. Carlos Alberto Aray with the purpose of knowing the problems that affect its urban structure. Identifying their origin was the point starting point to propose an alternative to these problems, through an urban proposal - architectural. In the first chapter, the necessary information was compiled to support the research and development of the proposal, taking related theories as reference with the object of study and urban-architectural projects implemented in contexts similar, in order to have a useful and proven guide that meets the conditions and regulations required by the environment and its inhabitants. In the second chapter, the diagnosis was generated, a prognosis was given and the idea proposed, through knowledge of the background and problems present in the study site. The third chapter explains the development of the proposal, determining the essence of the project in all its dimensions, thus justifying its realization. In the annexes there are a series of graphs, photographs and tables that support the information written in this thesis.
