Abstract

The present research work was developed in the urban area of ​​the canton of Tosagua, province of Manabí; through the analysis of the comfort environment that the space generates through the architectural elements that each space has, resulting in the deterioration of the architectural design network of the city's urban public spaces. After finding the main drawback that occurs in the study area through the different research methods and especially with the contribution of the inhabitants, professionals that the city and the GAD officials have, the idea arises of carrying out a proposal for a new design for the central park with comfortable spaces, and at the same time design a network of public spaces in the city that helps pedestrians move through the city in a safe way. safer, implementing ramps, zebra crossings in accordance with the provisions of the safety regulations. the city. In such a way that there is a design model to continue intervening in the different spaces. public that the city has, with the aim of reducing the needs that arise in this site, due to the lack of criteria for designing quality public spaces and the lack of importance that is given, managing to encourage the purpose of this thesis, conceiving criteria through a adequate study to enhance public spaces, recovering their identity and projecting safe spaces for citizens. The present proposal for a new design for the central park and the generation of the electricity network public spaces, will be used for city entities to speak out and allow a interaction with the inhabitants who carry out leisure and recreation activities on this site. Regenerating public spaces in this way, thinking about the pedestrian as the most important when designing, leaving the vehicle in second place, the network of spaces public will allow there to be relevant accessibility, which favors evelopment as city ​​and also allowing Tosaguenses to have a dignified life. We must take into account the great challenge that is perceived in this field, focused on its main intention which is to analyze all architectural texts and academic documents, and their coupling to the standards of the National Plan for Good Living, demonstrating appropriate conduct for the execution of professional practice.
