Abstract: The La Pradera housing plan, which consists of two stages, is located in the limit of the city of Manta of the Esteros parish. During its operation with more With a useful life of 20 years, it currently presents disorder in terms of its internal circulation. due to the use of the vehicle through pedestrian passages and in turn the deterioration and nonexistence of several public spaces within its internal urban fabric. With the present investigation, the state of disorder is diagnosed and deterioration, relying on the construction of a referential framework in order to develop a alternative proposal whose purpose is to generate a delimitation of the circulation of its pedestrian passages and the renovation of public spaces, thus proposing a solution to the problems that afflict its inhabitants, being a contribution to the development of both place as well as its inhabitants. The investigation belongs to line No. 2 of Territorial Planning and Management of risk established by the Faculty of Architecture of the Eloy Alfaro Lay University of Manabi.
Description: El plan habitacional La Pradera el cual consta de dos etapas, se encuentra ubicado en el límite de la ciudad de Manta de la parroquia Esteros. Durante su funcionamiento con más de 20 años de vida útil actualmente este presenta desorden en cuanto a su circulación interna por la utilización del vehículo a través de los pasajes peatonales y a su vez el deterioro e inexistencia de varios espacios públicos dentro de su trama urbana interna.
