Abstract: The present research project developed in the city of Manta Ecuador within the company Construcciones y Proyectos Sociedad Anónima (Conspro S.A.), in order to implement a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. From this, a diagnosis is made of the organization determining whether or not the company complies with the requirements required by the International Standard in question. as a result of that its organization is structured, a Manual with Quality Policies is designed in which includes the scope, exclusions and reference of procedures documented and interrelation and feedback of the processes, in addition creates a Quality Process Manual which includes the processes proposed by the author with their respective characterizations along with the mandatory procedures and procedures specific to the organization with its evidence (records and documents) that support the management system quality. Finally, it contains a Function Manual and a quality manual that make up the Quality Management System which details how it is executed each requirement of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard within Conspro S.A. All this with the purpose of having an organized system of work and control over the organization.
Description: El presente proyecto de investigación desarrollado en la ciudad de Manta Ecuador dentro de la empresa Construcciones y Proyectos Sociedad Anónima (Conspro S.A.), con el fin de implementar un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015. A partir de esto, se realiza un diagnóstico inicial de la organización determinando si la empresa cumple o no con los requisitos que exige la Norma Internacional en mención.
