Abstract

The theme of the present integrative project arises with the purpose of keeping informed of the grades, tasks, assistances of the students of the Educational Unit "JOHN PIERRE DEL HIERRO MELCHIADE", the representatives for work reasons or several matters can not attend the meetings held by the institution, which is why they sometimes neglect their representatives. The Educational Unit "JOHN PIERRE DEL HIERRO MELCHIADE" does not have a WEB system that contributes to the organization of the process of academic performance between teacher and representative to keep them informed of the qualifications and news of their represented. The purpose of the degree work is to develop and implement a friendly Web platform that allows the interaction of information based on the requirements of the institution concerned between the teacher and the representative, where the Agile Scrum development methodology was used.
