Abstract

This integrative project shows the steps to follow to carry out the Web application Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Personnel In the Laica Eloy Alfaro University of Manabí, as well as the details of positions, functions and processes of the academic staff of the institution, this process is meticulous and requires all the possible attention from the administrative staff, since they are in charge of sending the updates teaching staff resumes and contracts manually so that those in charge of the EMS System can upload said information. The agile SCRUM methodology is flexible for software management and development, for this reason reason it was decided to use it, since this work methodology promotes motivation and team commitment a set of good practices are regularly applied to work collaboratively, and thus obtain the best possible result, is committed to the given project that sees it grow iteration by iteration, and also allows you to realign the software with the objectives, since you can introduce functional or priority changes in each iteration. The degree work covers the development and implementation of the web application migrating information necessary for the process from the SGA database, prepared under the web platform with PHP programming language, obtained this data we will carry out the development of the EIDPA web application using Node.js as a server and Angular as a client both with a JavaScript runtime environment. Manage evaluation processes centralizing ULEAM information and obtaining greater integrity in the results, which will be timely delivered through dedicated, individual and detailed reports also activity histories in order to improve evaluation processes.
