Abstract: The objective of the present research, was to conduct a usability study for M-Learning in basic superior of the Educational Unit "El Carmen", the paradigm of research was quantitative being made a study based on observation and observation; the inductive approach was used that will help to observe how mobile devices will benefit different students, this along with the deductive approach that focused on what is really going to be done in the analysis of the facts; the type of research was bibliographic and descriptive helping this to the elaboration and inquiry of the subject obtaining results through the observations of the behaviors that they have; the techniques used were the interview and the survey, this benefiting when having results found through the arguments of both the students and teachers of that academic unit; the instruments applied were the guide to the interview and the questionnaire. The population in this research was the estimate of a group of students and teachers from the Educational Unit "El Carmen", which resulted in discretionary sampling considering that students in the tenth parallel "A" have greater knowledge in comparison of eighth and ninth graders; alongside this was 3 teachers who teach at that level; resulting in the creation of a usability model of educational mobile applications, where subfeatures were developed with metrics and functions of each of them for further usability analysis.
Description: El objetivo de la presente investigación, fue realizar un estudio de usabilidad para M-de la investigación fue cuantitativa haciéndose un estudio a partir de la observación y observación; se utilizó el enfoque inductivo que ayudará a observar cómo los aparatos móviles beneficiarán a diferentes estudiantes, esto junto al enfoque deductivo que se enfocara en lo que realmente se va a realizar en el análisis de los hechos; el tipo de investigación fue bibliográfica y descriptiva ayudando esto a la elaboración e indagación del tema obteniendo resultados mediante las observaciones de las conductas que estas dispongan; las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista y la encuesta, esto beneficiando al momento de disponer de resultados encontrados mediante las argumentaciones tanto de los estudiantes como docentes de dicha unidad académica; los instrumentos aplicados fueron la guía de la entrevista y el cuestionario.
