Abstract: This project prepares a business plan for the creation of a microenterprise dedicated to the production and marketing of soy-based pork rinds in the canton of Manta, whose main objective is to provide customers with a quality product that meets the consumer needs.The business model focuses on the production of soy-based snacks aimed at everyone. type of consumer, that is why we intend to enter the market with a different product with high nutritional value that contributes to improving the health and well-being of the population, making clear that one of the characteristics of this business is to differentiate and give better nutrition to the society. The Soi-ya company begins its activities with a strategic alliance with companies; Saint Camilo, Ecua gran S.A, who will be in charge of supplying the raw materials ensuring production effectively and achieving positive flow in the first months of operation. Having analyzed the market study, it was identified that there is an unmet demand of 80% of those surveyed, due to the constant changes that exist, even in what is Regarding food, that is why new food trends emerge such as snacks. healthy that have had significant growth in recent years is above of the 375,000 million dollars, of this figure and according to several international studies show that 50% of consumers prefer a Natural Snack and 30% demand organic snacks. One of the reasons why the Ecuadorian consumer demands more products healthy, it is because of the culture of looking good and taking care of your health. That is why the snack will be aimed at children, young people and adults in the range of 8 to 60 years old. forward by offering a quality product to satisfy the needs of consumers. The financial study shows the total investment necessary for the execution of this project which is USD 29,142 dollars of which, 69% will be own resources and 31% with bank credit from Banco Pichincha. The NPV financial indicator is USD. 38,413 this value guarantees the recovery of the investment, the IRR is 40.5%, which is higher than the discount rate of 10.7%, with these values ​​the project in financial terms is profitable. The payback period for this project is 3 years 2 months 7 days, this Recovery time may be less taking into account the execution of the strategies that They plan to carry out during the 5 years of the project.
Description: El presente proyecto elabora un Plan de negocios para la creación de una microempresa dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización de chicharrón a base de soya en el cantón de Manta, cuyo principal objetivo es brindar a los clientes un producto de calidad que satisfagan las necesidades de los consumidores. El modelo de negocio se enfoca a la elaboración de snack a base de soya dirigido para todo tipo de consumidor, es por eso que se pretende ingresar al mercado con un producto diferente con alto valor nutricional que contribuye a mejorar la salud y el bienestar de la población, dejando claro que una de las características de estenegocio es diferenciar y darle una mejor nutrición a la sociedad.
