Resumen : This business plan aims to apply the knowledge of the career of Marketing Engineering in a venture that generates excellent profitability in a specific market, this project is based on the preparation of a nutritional flour being as raw materials, rice and soybeans that are produced within the country. The microenterprise is dedicated to the production and marketing of rice flour and soy contributing to a balanced and healthy diet concerned with the health of the current society. The business plan will be introduced into the Manta city market with a total of 226,477 inhabitants and with an economically active population of 113,477, where it is directed the Nutri-Soya product, the plan explains the process of making the product, the marketing strategies, advertising and external communication, logistics, alliances strategies and the analysis of the members of the organization such as professionals and collaborators that are needed for the microenterprise to carry out its commercial activities. The Nutri-Soya product is a food that benefits consumers with its nutritive properties will be marketed in the city of Manta and strategically located at the most frequent points of sale such as stores, markets and supermarkets. The market study used survey methodology, which was carried out in the city ​​of Manta taking into consideration the economically active population of 113,477 using a sample of 383 people. The results obtained were that there is a demand that they would be willing to purchase the product with 69% of the surveys, while 3% They do not consume this type of food, which is a favorable result for the organization. The financial study carried out shows the total investment of the project which is $32,319 31% being own resources and 69% would correspond to bank credit. The indicators financial are as follows, the NPV with 31,999 greater than zero, while the IRR is 38.7% which is greater than the discount rate and the recovery period is 2 years 11 months and 21 days. These financial results show that the project is economically viable.
Descripción : Este plan de negocio tiene como objetivo aplicar los conocimientos de la carrera de Ingeniería en Marketing en un emprendimiento que genere una excelente rentabilidad en un mercado especifico, este proyecto se basa en la elaboración de una harina nutricional siendo como materia prima el arroz y la soya que son producidas dentro del país.
