Resumen : This project prepares the business plan for the creation of a microenterprise of services in children's party animations with Christian themes and secular in the city of Manta, this being the main activity to contribute to the city ​​development. Microenterprise activities creating alliances strategic agreements with the companies Eventos Yanira and Sala de Eventos D'Clas of the city, this it is done with the purpose achieving positive flow in the first months of operation. Having analyzed the internal and external factors of the microenterprise, it is proposed execute strategies that help strengthen activities What consists of offering competitive prices so that you can stay active and obtain opportunities for growth within the same activity commercial, it also seeks to consolidate the organization by investing in BTL advertising such as: Facebook and Instagram, which are social networks that will make it possible to publicize the services more easily to potential clients, because currently they are highly visited by users, use P.O.P material to publicize the company and apply merchandising in order to draw the visual attention of potential consumers. and also capture more of the market. In the market study I can identify a demand that is willing to hire the be 95% reflecting considerable acceptance, allowing operational activities to be launched. In the operational analyzes all the necessary requirements were identified to start the operations of the company. Several quotes were made to determine What is the best option in relation to quality and cost? The financial study shows the total investment necessary for the execution of the project, which is $13,883 dollars, 66% will be with own capital and 34% with credit banking. The financial indicator net present value (NPV) is $8,542 dollars, which is greater than zero, the internal rate of return (IRR) is 31.5%, which is greater than the rate of discount and the investment recovery period (PRI) is 3 years 1 month and 13 days. The results of these financial indicators demonstrate that the project is viable economically.
