Abstract

The purpose of "GIALP travel" S. A, born of the need and touristic importance that exists in the Montecristi canton, as its objective is to contribute it to the social, economic and sustainable development. To achieve this plan, a market study was carried out. It would determine the profiles of who our future clients will be, the propensities of the market, the risks that will be taken and the analysis of the commercialization. Then this would be detailed to perform the prospective study of the plan. A market research was developed through a mixed questionnaire in which 10 open and objetive questions were asked, to 250 citizens in order to obtain a correct interpretation for the execution implementation of the agency, having as response the acceptance of something Innovative for Montecristi users.
