Abstract

According to this, the Ecuadorian hotel sector has to use recurring technology to meet the needs of the market. The purpose of this research project is to diagnose the situation of the use of technological tools within the Oro Verde Manta hotel. The basis of the information is based on the ISO 38500 standards and the survey of hotel guests. develop different observations for the improvement of the hotel where it can be used for positive growth, the results of the interview will provide a clearer idea on how is your technological infrastructure, you that when analyzing the information, you can give the necessary recommendations for that use new ICT elements based on the standards where the hotel will meet all the necessary conditions for all types of customers and constant innovation of the establishment. Likewise, giving an opportunity to grow tourism to the canton.
