Abstract: The constant evolution of the academic and professional field demands a deep and reflective understanding of the experiences and perceptions of those They go through the different stages of their professional training in the Institutions of Higher Education. This research focused on analyzing the level of satisfaction of the economists graduated from the ULEAM Faculty of Economics belonging to the 2022-1, 2022-2 and 2023-1 cohorts, for this an approach was used multivariate applying the cluster method. The justification of the study was based on the need to thoroughly understand the perceptions of the graduates, considering variables such as gender, compliance with the time of graduation, place of origin, type of previous educational institution and levels of satisfaction in various academic aspects. The general and specific objectives were drawn up to ddress aspects specifics of satisfaction, and the literature review focused on definitions of student satisfaction and its impact on the professional field. The results revealed three homogeneous groups of graduates with similar patterns, identifying key segments within the studied population. The analysis factorial and the KMO and Bartlett test supported the validity of the approach multivariate. In conclusion, this study provides a comprehensive view of the level of satisfaction of ULEAM Economics graduates, offering valuable perspectives for the continuous improvement of educational quality and adaptation of institutional strategies.
