Abstract

This research process focuses on the information system as a resource management for the control and registration of inventory in the company DAGRANDS of architecture and construction in the city of Manta, period 2023. It is important research to achieve set goals, identifying needs, selection of appropriate software tools and proposal of all applications and processes that can be applied through an information system, to improve operational efficiency and customer service. The establishment is considered essential to incorporate this set of elements to optimize DAGRANDS operations. The case study proposed with each of the variables that make up the proposal of an information system as a management resource for control and inventory record in the architecture and construction company DAGRANDS, represents a timely investigation to be able to develop, because they are addressing essential dimensions that must be studied in academic training and theory in the professional preparation of students in the area of ​​Business Management Management Information. Regarding the methodology used in this case study, we will work with the qualitative paradigm focused on research oriented to its foundation, analyzing, emphasizing and understanding the needs of the research. Not only detecting problems that may exist in the architecture company DAGRANDS and construction, in terms of the designs already established for the control and registration of inventory, and focus on finding a timely solution in this matter.
