Abstract

Global financial transactions have undergone a digital revolution without unprecedented in recent times, efforts have been made to ensure that everyone has access to financial information without restrictions, which has been crucial to promoting openness, democratic participation, equal opportunities and the empowerment of all productive members of society. In addition to allowing official financing to accommodate more Ecuadorians, Ecuador has tried to adapt to the changing needs of the market, where digitalization, Safety and speed have become the main pillars that drive the development of households and small and medium-sized businesses. Rodríguez et al., (2022). The case study entitled "Access to banking information, for decisions of the Federation of Professional Craftsmen of Manta 2023", focused on a topic key in the financial management of artisanal companies, since having access to data banking has become essential to make sound financial decisions; particularly, in an increasingly competitive and complex market, this study is the result of understanding that smart financial decisions can greatly improve and expand the small and medium-sized businesses, especially artisanal producer groups.
