Abstract: The use of digital tools for sales management in the Shopping Center Plastilopez S.A. of the Manta canton, during the year 2023, is presented as a case study innovative and relevant in the context of the digital transformation of the commercial sector. The Implementation of these tools represents a significant advance in the way in which Companies can optimize their sales processes, improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency. The interest in carrying out this study lies in the growing demand for solutions technologies that allow companies to adapt to an increasingly competitive market and digitized. In the case of the Plastilopez S.A. Shopping Center, the integration of tools digital in its sales management seeks not only to improve its financial results, but also also offer a more personalized and efficient service to its clients. For many years, the purpose of digital platforms was to create tools for communication; However, with advances in technology, there have been become extremely important resources to publicize products and services, arousing the interest of customers and facilitating the sale of said goods and services.
