Abstract: This research focuses on the importance of digital skills in change of organizational culture, specifically in the UATH Department of ULEAM. In a increasingly digitalized world, organizations face the challenge of adapting to new technologies and work methods that require advanced digital skills, seeks to characterize theoretically these competencies and their relationship with organizational culture, providing a conceptual framework that allows us to understand how these skills can influence performance and professional development of workers. The study not only highlights the benefits of integrating digital skills into the environment work, but also recognizes the fundamental role of continuous training and support institutional in this process is carried out with search findings to contribute to the discussion on how the department can adapt to technological changes and improve its culture organizational, thus ensuring a more efficient and productive work environment so that become a valuable academic tool in the management of human talent at ULEAM.
Description: Esta investigación, se centra en la importancia de las competencias digitales en el cambio de la cultura organizacional, específicamente en el Departamento de UATH de la ULEAM. En un mundo cada vez más digitalizado, las organizaciones enfrentan el desafío de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y métodos de trabajo que requieren habilidades digitales avanzadas, busca caracterizar teóricamente estas competencias y su relación con la cultura organizacional, proporcionando un marco conceptual que permita entender cómo estas habilidades pueden influir en el desempeño y desarrollo profesional de los trabajadores.
