Abstract

In the contemporary business environment, where information has become a essential resource for decision making and strategic growth, it is essential analyze informational competencies and the processing of information in organizations. This study focuses specifically on the National Electric Corporation (CNEL) of Manta during the year 2023, evaluating how employees manage and use the information on this electrical service provider company. Given the need to optimize information management to improve the quality of services and strengthen the position in the market, research becomes relevant in a competitive context. The main objective of this research is to understand the competencies informational information of CNEL workers and its impact on decision-making. For To achieve this purpose, specific objectives are proposed: identify the competencies informational information of employees, analyze the process of collecting and using information, evaluate efficiency in data-driven decision making and provide recommendations to optimize these skills and information management in the company.
