Modelo de Gestión Comunicacional Caso de Estudio G.A.D de Manta 2023

Abstract

This research is to present a communication management model analyzing the management and functionality of the Autonomous Government page Decentralized (G.A.D) of Manta, having as its main interest that Manta being one of the main cities of Ecuador can have a website for the same integration, work and progress of citizens as a channel of information and for use together with the mayoral administration. The purpose of this case study is that when carrying out an analysis of the web page, can integrate updated information into their different areas, so that they can be suggested a updating with tools or Artificial Intelligence that can help with the procedures in line and help the client by giving citizens alternatives for their use, and that with these tools, instead of generating difficulties, create facilities, establishing strategies to a good search within the public information or service they wish to obtain or process. In a connected world, digital platforms are essential for communication and audience outreach. In this case, the Government website is analyzed Decentralized Autonomous Manta (G.A.D) to identify areas of improvement and offer recommendations. The objective is to analyze the design, usability and functionality of the page, providing a satisfactory experience to users.
