Abstract: In the context of the export of frozen shrimp to the Catalonia market, Spain, a strategic opportunity presents itself, seeking to consolidate Ecuadorian shrimp Penaeus vannamei with HLSO presentation (Headless, Shell On) and subheading 0306.17.92 as a product of excellence, thanks to its exceptional quality and flavor, as well as its origin sustainable in clean waters Ecuador. The value proposition focuses on offering shrimp frozen of high quality, meeting international standards and expectations of consumers in Catalonia, Spain, who value the freshness and sustainability of product. The target audience includes importers, distributors and end consumers who They appreciate these qualities. To ensure efficient distribution, distribution channels are proposed. refrigerated maritime transport that takes the shrimp from Guayaquil to the port of Barcelona, ​​supported by strategic alliances with logistics companies and export promotion, thus guaranteeing agile distribution and a solid presence in the market. The necessary resources include modern facilities, trained personnel and advanced technology that ensures product quality. Key activities range from packaging until export. The costs are distributed in raw materials, inputs, labor, logistics and administration. To finance this project, a plan has been designed which combines a bank credit of 63.56% and an investment of own capital of 36.44%, totaling $283,208.97, which ensures the viability of the project and allows investment necessary to achieve the established objectives.
