Abstract: | This degree work focused on the supply needs of private sector health facilities in Ecuador, which is significantly affected by high delivery times, high costs and limited accessibility to these products that are essential for their operational processes, such as gloves, alcohol and cotton; the main products presented in this business model. A series of strategies were proposed with the objective that this business model will allow the Manabí clinical laboratory to efficiently import these products from Mexico, offering a profitable solution and at the same time an alternative that solves the current supply problems of these establishments, mainly to the laboratories in the city of Manta, covering the unsatisfied demand in its entirety. This qualification project for the importation of pharmaceutical products from Mexico was distributed as follows: Chapter 1: The value proposition and the target audience of the project are detailed, defining the characteristics and benefits of the proposal. Chapter 2: Details the distribution process of the project, its established logistics, marketing strategies and alliances with suppliers. Chapter 3: The administrative organization of the project is defined, and the investment and financing plan is established. Chapter 4: The revenue and profit model of the project is presented, analyzing through financial indicators the economic and financial viability of this business model. |
Description: | El presente trabajo de titulación se enfocó y la necesidad de abastecimiento de los establecimientos de salud del sector privado en Ecuador el cuál se ve afectado significativamente por los altos tiempos de entrega, los elevados costos y la limitada accesibilidad a estos productos que son esenciales para sus procesos operativos, tales como guantes, alcohol y algodón; los productos principales que se presenta en este modelo de negocios. |
