Abstract: The purpose of the project titled "Import and marketing of equipment Self defense is analyzing business and financial evaluations. The target market is made up of people between 25 and 44 years old who reside in the Ecuadorian provinces with higher crime rates, such as El Oro, Esmeraldas, Guayas, Los Ríos, Manabí and Pichincha. The value proposition focuses on offering high-quality personal defense equipment, quality, such as taser, pepper spray and kubotan, highlighting its practicality, effectiveness and easy use to increase user security and confidence. Two annual imports have been planned, adding 26,960 units on average. The products will be imported from Jiangsu Kelin Police Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd, in China, and distributed in Ecuador through a distribution channel that includes the maritime transport to the port of Guayaquil and its subsequent land distribution to the points of sale in the selected provinces. The products will be distributed through indirect distribution channels, allowing each link in the chain to obtain its profit margin. The logistics of Importation will be carried out by sea, using 20-foot containers that will be cargo consolidated. Alliances will be established with suppliers and distributors to ensure the product availability and maximize logistics efficiency. Promotion and sale of the products will be supported by a marketing strategy that includes social media advertising social events, fairs and other interactive media.
Description: La finalidad del proyecto que se titula "Importación y comercialización de equipos de defensa personal es analizar las evaluaciones comerciales y financieras. El mercado objetivo está compuesto por personas de 25 a 44 años que residen en las provincias ecuatorianas con mayores índices de criminalidad, como El Oro, Esmeraldas, Guayas, Los Ríos, Manabí y Pichincha. La propuesta de valor se centra en ofrecer equipos de defensa personal de alta calidad, como taser, gas pimienta y kubotan, destacando su practicidad, efectividad y fácil uso para aumentar la seguridad y confianza de los usuarios.
