Abstract: For this business model, an analysis was carried out of all the variables necessary to determine if there is financial and commercial viability when establishing our company in the market. “TecnoSupplier” focuses its operations on the wholesale sale of accessories for cell phones (Cases, Micas, Headphones) brought from China to the Ecuadorian market, a market of great demand and that each increases as a result of the continuous launch of new brands and mobile device models. Structuring and defining all parts of our business model is essential to the success of our company, therefore, first of all, we show our value proposition, which revolves around detailing those characteristics that will make our products shine over the others. Subsequently, through a study, it was possible to determine the level of supply and demand that this market has experienced in recent years, and then obtain the unsatisfied demand and consequently the quantities of accessories that should be imported TecnoSupplier to satisfy that demand. Then the short distribution channel was established as the ideal one to deliver our products to customers.
Description: Para este modelo de negocios, se realizó un análisis de todas las variables necesarias para determinar si es existe viabilidad financiera y comercial al establecer nuestra empresa en el mercado. “TecnoSupplier” centra sus operaciones en la venta al por mayor de accesorios para celulares (Cases, Micas, Auriculares) traídos desde china a el mercado Ecuatoriano, un mercado de gran demanda y que cada aumenta en consecuencia al lanzamiento continuo de nuevas marcas y modelos de dispositivos móviles.
