Importancia de los courier para la importación de las microempresas ecuatorianas: análisis de caso COURIER RA.

Abstract

The research focuses on the importance of Couriers for Ecuadorian microbusinesses in the context of international trade. A growing problem is identified related to the increase in fake Couriers that operate informally, which generates risks such as loss of merchandise and tax evasion. This phenomenon negatively impacts the efficiency of authorized Couriers and the state budget. The main objective is to evaluate how Couriers, such as Courier RA, benefit microbusinesses by improving their access to international markets and reducing costs. The methodology uses descriptive, correlational and explanatory techniques, combining qualitative and quantitative research. The research proposes measures to optimize the efficiency of Couriers and highlights the relevance of these services in the competitiveness and development of Ecuadorian microenterprises, emphasizing the need to choose authorized and regulated Couriers to ensure the integrity of logistics processes.
