Abstract: This research is focused on E-commerce as strategies for the Internationalization of manufacturing SMEs in Ecuador. The research was carried out with a descriptive methodology and a qualitative approach, using documentary techniques to collect accurate data. Among the results obtained, approximately 110,304 SMEs manufacturers registered in Ecuador in 2023 are identified. A fundamental lesson is the importance of adapting digital marketing strategies and logistics to successfully penetrate new markets. A concrete result is that manufacturing SMEs that integrate E-commerce with a focus on personalization and continuous market analysis have a greater chance of success in international markets. This highlights the need for training programs and strategic alliances to enhance the internationalization process.
