Abstract: In this degree work we will focus on analyzing the use of artificial intelligence in the personalization of international marketing strategies, to determine how it increases in campaigns and determine possible tools that are Google Maps, Alexa, Cortana, Siri that have been increased, personalization in marketing has been around for a long time, but AI has taken this concept to unprecedented levels. Companies like Amazon and Netflix have demonstrated how AI-based personalization can increase customer retention and sales. The globalization of business has forced companies to adapt their marketing strategies to different cultures, languages and markets, driving the search for AI solutions that automate and personalize these adaptations. Language processing and advances that allow companies to understand and generate content in different languages for digital marketing and be effective.
Description: En este trabajo de titulación se centra en analizar el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la personalización de estrategias de marketing internacional, para describir de qué forma se implementan en las campañas de mercadotecnia y diagnosticar posibles herramientas virtuales como google maps, alexa, cortana, siri , la personalización en marketing ha existido por mucho tiempo, pero la IA ha llevado este concepto a niveles sin precedentes.
