Abstract: | In Chile, the barraganete banana is not widely consumed. The current demand is mainly in the hands of foreign consumers. This behavior limits the potential of the local market and the acceptance of this typical product from other regions. He project proposes the export of barraganete banana to Chile, with the objective of introducing and popularize this product in the Chilean market. A comprehensive approach is contemplated that includes marketing, advertising and tasting events to increase awareness and acceptance of barraganete banana among Chilean consumers. To solve the problem of low acceptance, the project will implement a strategy marketing and advertising that highlights the benefits and unique characteristics of the banana barraganete. In addition, tasting stands will be organized at events and strategic locations. to allow consumers to try the product and become familiar with it. This approach direct and participatory aims to capture the attention of local consumers and encourage their interest in the barraganete banana. The business will be located in El Carmen, Manabí, where an export packing house will be established. |
Description: | En Chile, el plátano barraganete no es ampliamente consumido. La demanda actual está principalmente en manos de consumidores extranjeros. Este comportamiento limita el potencial del mercado local y la aceptación de este producto típico de otras regiones. El proyecto propone la exportación de plátano barraganete a Chile, con el objetivo de introducir y popularizar este producto en el mercado chileno. Se contempla un enfoque integral que incluye marketing, publicidad y eventos de degustación para aumentar el conocimiento y la aceptación del plátano barraganete entre los consumidores chilenos. |
