Abstract: The study was carried out due to the lack of knowledge of the procedures required during the importation of these veterinary products to avoid possible sanctions and how they are nationalized, taking the case of ANIMALPHARMA S.A. The research work highlights the importance and need to comply with regulatory requirements, such as obtaining health registration and certificate of origin, to ensure that imported products comply with current regulations. To address these aspects, deductive and bibliographic research methods will be used since it requires the use of the ecuapass to issue the documents and collection granted by the company. These methods will allow a detailed analysis of the documentation that requires importation. The results show that lack of information can cause heavy sanctions or even the loss of merchandise. Therefore, it is concluded that the correct process achieves tariff benefits during the importation carried out.
