Abstract: This article describes a business model for exporting preserved bamboo sheets to the construction market in the United States. The proposal focuses on leveraging the growing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly materials. The process includes bamboo preservation to ensure durability and strength, tailored to meet US market regulations and preferences. Entry strategies are detailed, including market research, establishing distribution networks, and obtaining relevant certifications. Additionally, the competitive advantages of bamboo, such as sustainability, durability, and cost -effectiveness, are highlighted. This model not only addresses sustainable construction trends but also represents a significant opportunity to capture the demand for eco-friendly materials in the United States.
