Abstract: This study explored the relationship between technological innovation and human talent management at the Faculty of Administrative, Accounting and Business Sciences of ULEAM. Through a survey applied to 106 teachers based on a quantitative design and using a 12-item Likert questionnaire, it explored employees' perception of technological innovation and its influence on human talent management, evaluating how different dimensions of innovation (processes, products, services and organization) influence key talent management practices, such as job satisfaction, professional development and organizational commitment. The results show a positive and significant correlation between technological innovation and human talent management. Specifically, organizational innovation was found to have the greatest impact, followed by product and service innovation, and process innovation. This suggests that creating an organizational culture that fosters creativity, collaboration and continuous learning is critical to attracting and retaining talent. Implementing new technologies and optimizing processes can improve faculty efficiency and job satisfaction, freeing up time for higher value-added activities such as research and mentoring. In addition, innovation in products and services can strengthen the institution's reputation and attract more specialized talent. The findings of this study support the idea that technological innovation is a powerful tool to improve human talent management in higher education institutions.
