La gestión de la RSE y su influencia en el desarrollo sostenible de Pacoche Lodge.

Abstract

The management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable development has become a strategic imperative for organizations in the contemporary globalcontext. In an environment where environmental, social and economic sustainability is crucial, companies face the need to adopt practices that not only generate economic benefits, but also contribute to the well-being of society and the care of the environment. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between social responsibility and sustainable development at Pacoche Lodge. The development of this research is quantitative in scope, the population is represented by the workers of the Pacoche Lodge company, the non-experimental-cross-sectional type was considered, the technique used was the questionnaire. The results obtained can be stated that there is a positive correlation between both variables of the study, Pearson's correlation coefficient is 0.993, which indicates a very high correlation, thus understanding that there is a relationship between social responsibility and sustainable development at Pacoche Lodge.
