Abstract: Organizational climate plays an important role in managing productivity in an organization. A good organizational climate can motivate and inspire employees to achieve objectives and goals, resulting in higher productivity and job satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to analyze how the organizational climate influences the productivity of the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) Montecristi. To carry out this research, a quantitative methodology with a correlational scope was adopted, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The data collection was carried out through the survey technique, using a questionnaire composed of 15 questions distributed in 6 dimensions. Likewise, the Likert scale instrument was implemented, with values ranging from 1 to 5. This instrument was applied to a total sample of 23 workers of the organization, with the purpose of obtaining perceptions and relevant data on the relationship between organizational climate and productivity in this specific context. The results reveal a correlation coefficient of people with a moderate positive value of 0.768 between the two variables, indicating that the organizational climate has an influence on productivity within the GAD Montecristi.
Description: El clima organizacional desempeña un papel importante en la gestión de la productividad en una organización. Un buen clima organizacional puede motivar e inspirar a los empleados para así obtener un logro de los objetivos y metas, lo que resulta una mayor productividad y satisfacción laboral. El propósito central de esta investigación es analizar de qué manera el clima organizacional influye en la productividad del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) Montecristi.
