Abstract: The main objective of this degree work is to create a delivery management model for home service by implementing technological tools in the city of Manta, which is justified theoretically, practically and methodologically, in addition the delimitations of the project were geographical, temporal and social, therefore the mission that the company set out was to offer efficient and reliable home services to make the lives of our clients easier and the vision that this company set out was to be the provincial company of reference in the service of home delivery. In addition, an internal and external analysis of the project was carried out where the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities that the company would have once launched were analyzed. Likewise, in the methodological analysis, the population was segmented where the population from 20 to 64 years old was taken into consideration because that is the range of economically active people with a total of 383 surveys. Consequently, a data collection instrument was used, which was a structured survey with its variables and respective dimensions, with a Likert scale ranging from totally agree to totally disagree. Finally, the respective survey was applied and the results were obtained, which are analyzed in the diagnosis part of this research.
Description: El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo principal crear un modelo de gestión de entrega para el servicio a domicilio implementando herramientas tecnológicas en la ciudad de Manta, el cual se justifica de manera teórica, práctica y metodológica, las delimitaciones del proyecto fueron de manera geográfica, temporal y social, por lo tanto, la misión que la empresa se planteó fue ofrecer servicios a domicilio eficientes y confiables para facilitar la vida de nuestros clientes y la visión que está empresa se planteó fue el ser la empresa provincial de referencia en el servicio de entrega a domicilio.
