Abstract: The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between the work environment and productivity in the company Manta Fish S.C.C. A survey methodology was used to collect employee perceptions of various aspects of the work environment, such as motivation, meeting expectations, recognition of achievements, and satisfaction with supervision. The results showed that the majority of employees felt motivated (75%) and considered that their job expectations were met (75%). Furthermore, the majority perceived adequate recognition of their achievements (95%) and identified with the organizational culture (95%). However, areas for improvement were identified, such as lack of recognition of ideas for improvements (70%) and dissatisfaction with customer service (55%). These findings highlight the importance of promoting a positive work environment to improve employee productivity and well-being. In conclusion, the research provides relevant information for business management by identifying areas of strength and weakness in the work environment of Manta Fish S.C.C., and suggests areas of focus to improve the quality of the work environment and, therefore, organizational productivity.
Description: El objetivo del estudio fue investigar la relación entre el ambiente laboral y la productividad en la empresa Manta Fish S.C.C. Se empleó una metodología de encuesta para recopilar la percepción de los empleados sobre varios aspectos del ambiente laboral, como motivación, cumplimiento de expectativas, reconocimiento de logros y satisfacción con la supervisión.
