Abstract: The organizational climate and work performance are variables that are closely related and both allow achieving success in any organization. For this reason, this research aims to understand how the organizational climate influences the work performance of transit agency workers. GAD Jaramijó. The methodology applied in the research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. As a data collection technique, a survey was applied to 50 employees of the transit agency, using a questionnaire that consisted of 24 items referring to the problem. To obtain the results, the SPSS statistical program was used and the pearman coefficient for correlations. In addition, Cronbach's alpha showed a reliability of 0.988. Within the results it is established that the social relations dimension is the one that has the most influence on the work performance of the organization's workers. For this reason, improvement actions have been proposed aimed at strengthening the social relationships of the workers of the GAD Jaramijó transit agency, which will be reflected in an optimal organizational climate, with employees motivated to have better work performance.
Description: El clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral son variables que se encuentran estrechamente relacionadas y ambas permiten lograr el éxito en cualquier organización, por tal motivo esta investigación tiene como objetivo conocer cómo influye el clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la agencia de tránsito GAD Jaramijó.
