La comunicación organizacional y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de la empresa Marbelize S.A.

Abstract

The objective of this study ent it led “Organizational communicat ion and it s influence on job performance in the company Marbelize S.A”, tries to explain the impact between organizat ional communicat ion and job performance. The type of methodology used is a quant itative non-experimental descriptive-cross-sect ional study; Wit h a populat ion of 60 workers in the company's Pouch area, a survey consist ing of 15 questions was applied to collect informat ion on organizat ional communicat ion and personal performance. Among the results obtained according to the statistical test, Spearman's rho was used with a coefficient r=0.022 for the variables organizational communicat ion and performance, which means that there is a correlat ion between the variables, with a significance level of 0.05, likewise against The correlat ion coefficient is 0.296, therefore, it has a weak posit ive correlation.
