Liderazgo y su influencia en la gestión de la productividad de la empresa Cora Refrigeración.

Abstract

Leadership plays a critical role in managing productivity in an organization. Effective leadership can inspire, motivate, and guide employees towards achieving objectives and goals, resulting in greater productivity and job satisfaction. The central purpose of this research is to analyze how leadership influences the productivity management of the Cora Refrigeration Company. To carry out this research, a quantitative methodology with a correlational scope was adopted, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The collection of information was carried out through the survey technique, using a questionnaire composed of 8 questions distributed in 7 dimensions. Likewise, the Likert scale instrument was implemented, with values ranging from 1 to 5. This instrument was applied to a total sample of 20 employees of the organization, with the purpose of obtaining perceptions and relevant data on the relationship between leadership and productivity in this specific context. The results reveal a Pearson correlation coefficient with a moderate positive value of 0.818 between the two variables, indicating that leadership has an influence on productivity within the Cora Refrigeration Company.
