Abstract: The present investigation seeks to generate a study of two variables in a correlational manner, trying to determine the influence of X on Y, as a case study the company Importadora López S.A. is proposed. IMPORLOPEZ, domiciled in Manta, on Calle 11 and Av 15. This study aims to measure the level of internal communication and how it is linked to the sense of belonging of the work staff of this microenterprise. To do this, it designs a correlation methodology that focuses on numerical analysis and is also not experimental, since it works on real data and an uncontrolled situation. This research makes two types of analysis, one using descriptive statistics and the other using correlational statistics with the Rho Spearman index, to determine the levels of acceptance and compliance of the factors as well as verify or demonstrate the hypotheses and thereby comply. with the initially set objectives. The results made it possible to demonstrate the need to improve certain key aspects and that is why a proposal for improvement and recommendations were made from the researcher's point of view.
Description: La presente investigación busca generar un estudio de dos variables en forma correlacional, tratando de determinar la influencia de X sobre Y, como caso de estudio se plantea a la empresa Importadora López S.A. IMPORLOPEZ, domiciliada en Manta, en la calle 11 y Av. 15. Este estudio pretende medir el nivel de comunicación interna y como se vincula con el sentido de pertenencia del personal de trabajo de esta microempresa.
