Abstract: In the following entrepreneurship report with the purpose of creating a micro-enterprise selling construction materials where the relevance of offering products and advice on the use of the products offered is given, giving rise to the trust of customers. The objectives established by the company will be presented, paying special attention to the relationships with our collaborators and stakeholders, standing out as a company committed to caring for the environment along with the effort to provide highly professional attention, offering comprehensive advisory systems to clients guaranteeing a high warm experience and services. For which data collection was used through a series of strategies in the use of ICT tools, thus giving expected results regarding the scope of the market and in the same way whether they have the knowledge of each material is suitable for the development of infrastructure. Demonstrating optimal results, that the microenterprise is profitable together with the combinations of strategies carried out and increased customer loyalty, visualizing constant growth where the project demonstrates a positive return on our initial investment made for its installation, showing that it not only covers operating costs, but it generates profit.
Description: En el siguiente informe de emprendimiento con la finalidad en la creación de una microempresa de venta de materiales de construcción donde se da la pertinencia en ofrecer productos y asesoramiento en la utilización de los productos ofertados dando cavidad a la confianza de los clientes.
