Abstract

This research analyzes the leadership and its influence on the organizational behavior of the teaching and administrative staff of the "San José" Fiscomisional Educational Unit in Manta. The need to identify whether the exercised leadership has a positive or negative impact on the work environment and the effectiveness of tasks performed by the staff is addressed. For this purpose, questionnaires and interviews were used as data collection instruments, applying a mixed approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The results indicate that effective leadership is closely linked to positive organizational behavior, thereby improving employee performance and job satisfaction.
