Abstract: Nowadays, emotional intelligence is considered a determining factor in human talent management, significantly influencing organizational performance, job satisfaction and effectiveness in human resources practices. This study focuses on analyzing the relationship between emotional intelligence and human talent management in the company CNEL-MANTA, with the aim of determining how these variables interact and affect the work environment. In this way, research is carried out with a quantitative approach, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. In addition, data collection was carried out through surveys applied to 60 employees from various functional areas of the company, including the financial, administration, operations, customer service and human talent departments. A Likert scale was used to measure the key study variables, the data obtained were processed and analyzed with SPSS statistical software, generatingresults presented in detailed tables and graphs. In this way, the statistical analysis included the use of the Spearman correlation coefficient, while the internal consistency of the questionnaire was evaluated using the Cronbach alpha coefficient, which showed a high level of reliability in the 36 items evaluated. The results suggest that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and effective management of human talent, on the other hand, the importance of promoting these emotional competencies is to improve performance and productivity in the company.
Description: En la actualidad, la inteligencia emocional se considera un factor determinante en la gestión de talento humano, influyendo significativamente en el rendimiento organizacional, la satisfacción laboral y la efectividad en las prácticas de recursos humanos. Este estudio se centra en analiza la relación existente entre la inteligencia emocional y la gestión del talento humano en la empresa CNEL-MANTA, con el objetivo de determinar cómo estas variables interactúan y afectan el entorno laboral.
