Abstract: | This research project was carried out with the objective of determining the influence of quality of working life (QWL) on worker satisfaction in the company Propemar S.A., based on a quantitative approach, descriptive - correlational in scope and non-experimental - transversal design, consisting of a population of 34 workers in the productive area, determining a non-probabilistic sample in which the manager determined the availability of 31 workers to carry out the professional activity, applying as a data collection technique the survey through a structured questionnaire with 23 questions. The results obtained indicated that 83.9% of workers consider that QWL is largely present in the company, a benefit for which they agree and fully agree that the organization shows interest in maintaining an environment conducive to the development of their daily activities, while 93.6% stated that job satisfaction is a key aspect that guides human behavior towards the well-being of their emotional stability in the company. In conclusion, the correlation between CVL and job satisfaction is positively high (0.739), corroborating in such a way that worker satisfaction directly depends on the attention that the company provides to meet the needs related to the work environment, incorporated technology and interpersonal relationships in the area of action. |
Description: | El presente proyecto de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de la calidad de vida laboral (CVL) sobre la satisfacción de los trabajadores en la empresa Propemar S.A., basado en un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo - correlacional y de diseño no experimental – transversal, constituido por una población de 34 obreros del área productiva, determinando una muestra de tipo no probabilística en la que el gerente determinó la disponibilidad de 31 trabajadores para efectuar la actividad profesional, aplicando como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta mediante un cuestionario estructurado con 23 preguntas. |
