Abstract: This research work was carried out with the objective of analyzing technological innovation and its impact on the business growth of the company MBS, Motobikesports S.A., Dr. Yamaha, based on a quantitative, descriptive/correlational scope and design approach. nonexperimental-cross-sectional, because for data collection a survey was used in relation to the dependent variable business growth and the independent variable technological innovation that was applied to the 20 internal clients of the company MBS, Motobikesports S.A., Dr. Yamaha . With the results of studies, the alternative hypothesis was verified, where it was shown that it is one of the most crucial factors for business growth in the company MBS, Motobikesports S.A., Dr. Yamaha. Based on the results achieved, an automated system is proposed that optimizes internal processes and facilitates access to information on product availability in the company MBS, Motobikesports S.A., Dr. Yamaha to ensure continuous business growth in an innovative way allowing I manage to be in the market competitively. In conclusion, entrepreneurs must develop strategies linked to technological innovation to increase control of all factors and reduce the possibility of errors.
Description: El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de analizar la innovación tecnológica y su impacto en el crecimiento empresarial de la empresa MBS, MotobikesportsS.A., Dr. Yamaha, basado en un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo/ correlacional y de diseño no experimental- transversal, debido a que para la recolección de datos se utilizó una encuesta en relación a la variable dependiente crecimiento empresarial y la variable independiente innovación tecnológica que fue aplicada a los 20 clientes internos de la empresa MBS, Motobikesports S.A., Dr. Yamaha.
