Abstract: The present research work develops a study of the independent variable quality management and the dependent variable quality of service, the case study being the Santa Martha ultrasound medical center and clinical laboratory. Its objective is to determine the existence of an influence of Likewise, a methodological definition is developed where it is proposed that the research be with a correlational approach, quantitative and non-experimental, from this point the application of a survey form to a sample of 359 clients out of the average of 5500 is managed. January – November 2023. The results were classified in a descriptive study to understand the assessment of the degree of importance that clients give to the different factors of quality management and their opinion about them, and likewise Rho Spearman performed a correlational statistical analysis, which focused on testing the general and specific hypotheses, to also provide a conclusion and achieve the research objectives. Finally, a proposal for improvement was designed and the conclusions and recommendations that resulted in the completion of this study were written.
Description: El presente trabajo de investigación desarrolla un estudio de la variable independiente gestión de la calidad y la variable dependiente calidad del servicio, siendo el caso de estudio el centro médico ecografía y laboratorio clínico Santa Martha. Tiene como objetivo determinar la existencia de una influencia de X sobre Y, para ello estructura una indagación que comienza con el planteamiento de diferentes antecedentes y modelos o bases teóricas de distintos autores para la medición de las variables.
